Monthly and Extended Stay Only

Negotiable for extended occupancy.
- Security Deposit of $1,000 due at Lease signing
- First month Rent due 30 days before occupancy
- Electricity in excess of $100/month billed back to tenant
- All other utilities, cable TV and local phone service included
- Hi-speed internet access and Wi-Fi available for an additional charge.

Casa de LimaWood Rental Policies
- No Smoking or Pets
- Lease signatory must be 55 or over in this age restricted neighborhood.
- Upon cancellation, security deposit will be refunded if booking can be filled.
- Credit Card payment accepted via PayPal. If you wish to use this method for payment of the Security Deposit, please contact us by email or phone, we will verify date availability. At that point a PayPal invoce will be issued.
- Due to the costs involved a surcharge of $50 per month will be charged for credit card usage.
