Negotiable for extended occupancy.
- Security Deposit of $500 due at Lease signing
- $100 Cleaning fee, due with first month's rent
- First month Rent due 30 days before occupancy
- Electricity in excess of $100/month billed back to tenant
- All utilities included
- Hi-speed internet access with Wi-Fi included
- Bring your login and password information for your streaming services of choice. Smart TV's equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu and others.
- Local TV via included digital antenna
- Cable TV service optional
- Local phone service optional

Casa de LimaWood Rental Policies
- No Smoking or Pets
- Lease signatory must be 55 or over in this age restricted neighborhood.
- Upon cancellation, security deposit will be refunded if booking can be filled.
- Credit Card payment accepted via PayPal. If you wish to use this method for payment of the Security Deposit, please contact us by email or phone, we will verify date availability. At that point a PayPal invoce will be issued.
- Due to the costs involved, a surcharge of $50 per month will be charged for credit card usage.
